Vipers Bugloss, also known as “Borage,” is a wild flower that covers the hills of the Central South Island with its beautiful blue petals during the summer months in New Zealand. Its seed, resembling a Viper’s head, was once mistakenly used as an antidote to treat snakebites, which lead to its mysterious name.
